Meals |
Hosted lunches and breaks will be designated in the conference schedule. These meals and breaks are for registered conference attendees only. Guest meal tickets are not available for purchase. Please contact your program manager regarding the guest attendance policy for pre/post conference meals or other meal functions. For those with specific dietary needs there are alternative meal selections available within the registration system on the personal information page. |

Lodging |
The Riverside Hotel, 2900 Chinden Blvd., Boise, Idaho 83714, is the official conference hotel in 2013. Conference rates are: $77 - single, $92 - double. For reservations please contact Riverside Hotel at 208-343-1871 or their website for online reservations. You must identify yourself with PTE Summer Conference at the time of lodging registration in order to receive the conference rate. |

Attendance |
PTE Summer Conference is a professional development activity of the Division of Professional-Technical Education. Only registered attendees are allowed to attend Summer Conference professional development activities, sessions and meals. In order to maintain a professional environment it is not appropriate for guests or children to attend. Registered attendees are required to wear their conference nametags at all scheduled functions including hosted meals. Lost nametags will be replaced at conference headquarters. |

Parking |
Free on-site parking is available for conference attendees at the Riverside Hotel. |

Special Accommodations |
The Division of Professional-Technical Education provides reasonable accommodations to assist persons with disabilities which affect their ability to access or participate in Division sponsored programs and/or activities. Registered attendees who wish to request a reasonable accommodation(s) for the PTE Summer Conference must contact their Division Program Manager or use the space provided in the special accommodations area within the registration system on the personal information page no later than three (3) business days prior to the first day of the conference, or by June 7, 2013, at 10:01 p.m. MST. |

The Idaho Professional-Technical Education Foundation |
The Idaho Professional-Technical Education Foundation is committed to stimulating and promoting quality Professional-Technical Education to fill the needs of Idaho’s growing workforce. The Foundation is an independent organization with its own governing board and policies. The Foundation traditionally conducts a silent auction and/or golf tournament fundraiser during the PTE Summer Conference. Foundation fundraisers are a separate activity and are not affiliated with the Division of Professional-Technical Education. Information and questions about the Foundation and their Summer Conference activities may be found on their website. If you have an item for the silent auction please contact Don Eshelby. |

Career and Technical Educators of Idaho |
Career and Technical Educators of Idaho (CTEI) serve the career and technical educator by promoting opportunities for continual personal and professional development. | |
University Credit |
Teacher education programs normally offer options to earn additional credits. The number of credits depends on the program(s) offered each year. Check with the university representatives located in the registration area at conference. Questions regarding past earned credits should be directed to the university. |

CEU Credit |
Individuals registered and attending the entire scheduled conference are eligible for equivalency credit for recertification purposes. The 15 hours for the summer conference equals one (1) in-service credit. |

Presentations |
The PTE Exemplary Program Finalists and Awards are presented during the Opening Session. Please refer to the conference brochure for detailed information on recipients of PTE Exemplary Program Awards. |

Vendors |
The CTEI vendor show conducted during the PTE Summer Conference is a separate activity and not affiliated with the Division of Professional-Technical Education. Please direct all vendor show questions about vendor displays, scheduling, or costs to Merry Olson. |
