Supervisory Development

Supervisory Development Training may be pursued through a university, technical college, or through an agency-based program. Supervisory Development is a pre-requisite to applying for the Certified Public Manager Program (CPM).

• Applied Leadership: The Art of Supervision - classroom through Boise State University, available statewide
• Agency-based Supervisory Development Programs - check with your agency Human Resource Office

Meeting CPM Pre-requisites
